We work from start to finish on both commercial and personal events. These range from product launches, conferences, shop openings and company award evenings to celebratory birthday, weddings, baby events, outdoor events and anniversary events. We’ve worked across all business sectors and are happy to provide references and testimonials.

We offer a comprehensive event planning service. We’re able to plan your day, décor, liaise and work along caterer and photographers if necessary and even hire props for corporate events. We offer a bespoke service to fit your requirements. Every event is unique and we have the capacity to fulfil your requirements from start to finish.

We recommend a consultation with us to ensure that we’re the right fit. We are very flexible and here to meet your needs, so we are confident we will find a positive way to work together.

This is best answered when we have our first consultation. Once we get to know your idea and requirements, we can make a schedule.

Our job is to make sure that the event day and entire planning experience is stress-free and exactly as you’ve imagined it. We begin by creating a timeline to keep you on track during the planning process. We also create a custom event budget for you. We love getting a great bargain and work hard to make sure you get the most for your money, aiming to come in below your budget. We recommend vendors that we trust and that we have a history of working with and have consistently provided amazing service.

We accept cash and bank transfers. We do require an initial 50% deposit payment to confirm the booking.

Absolutely! We will do as much, or as little, as you want us to do during the event planning process. We always ask you what you want and we then make our suggestions to you.

Whilst this obviously depends on the size and nature of the event, we’d always advise you to start putting plans in place as early as possible. We recommend that you reach out at least 2 months in advance to secure your booking.

We are meticulous about keeping track of everything we need to spend money on. This is done by constant monitoring and updating our expenses, knowing where to prioritise spending and keeping aside a budget to cater for emergency contingencies.

We will discuss all your event requirements before giving a quotation as obviously fees charged will depend on the scale and nature of the event, complexity of planning and our level of involvement. You’ll never be charged more than we agree upon and there will be no hidden extras or surprises.
